Kems is the card game of sneaky signals: everyone swaps at the same time, and you have to warn your partner without the other team noticing. Here, your character makes the gesture for you.

Goal of the game
Be the first team to spell K-E-M-S, one letter for each successful Kems.
4S4F KEMS rules
- Teams of 2, sitting face to face. Everyone has 4 cards, and 4 cards are placed in the middle.
- No turns: everyone swaps one of their cards with one from the middle at the same time, as fast as they want.
- The goal: get 4 cards of the same value (4 Kings, 4 Sevens…). That's a Kems!
- When you have a Kems, give your secret signal to your partner. If they see it, they shout “KEMS!” and your team wins a letter.
- Think an opponent has a Kems? Call “Counter-Kems” on them: if they have it, the letter is yours. Beware of false alarms!
- When nobody swaps anymore, the middle is replaced by 4 new cards.
Tips
- Agree on a discreet signal before the game, and make fake signals to confuse the others.
- Watch which cards your opponents keep: it often gives their Kems away.
